3) For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging".

Step 2. Detect and Scan the Device

Then you will see an interface like this if your HTC phone is successfully recognized by the program, you can see some info about your device in the program. There will be a list of categories on the left panel.

Step 3. Manage Apps As You Like

You can click on the Apps option on the left panel and then you will preview the applications that are installed on you device. Select the wanted apps on the right panel and then you can click on the Export button to transfer them to computer or click on the Delete button to delete them all at a batch.
