Step 1. Connect your phone to the computer
Download and install the Assistant for Android on your computer and connect your Android phone to the personal computer through a USB cable or WiFi. Launch the program and it will quickly detect the connected device.
Tips: if you haven't enabled the USB debugging on your phone, the Android data managing tool will be failed to detect your phone. Therefore, you have to follow the instructions below to open USB debugging on your phone.
For Android 2.3 or older, Go: "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging".
For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging".
For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
Step 2. Enter contacts managing window
After detected by the program, all file folders on the connected phone will be displayed on the left of the window. Highlight the folder labeled "Contacts" and the software will scan out all contacts on the right side window.
Step 3. Print contacts from HTC/Nexus/LG/Sony
Preview and select the contacts you want to print (or you can directly select "All"), click "Export" button to transfer them to the computer. After the transferring process, all the selected contacts will be saved as HTML file on your computer and waiting for printing.
