- How to Fix Sound Problems?
Tip 1. Click Start and then type the Device Manager on the box and select it from the drop down menu. Choose the sound card and select the Driver tab after enter the new interface. Then select the Update Driver.
Tip 2. You can also try to uninstall the audio driver. Just open the Device Manager and then right click the audio driver. Next, click on the Uninstall option in the new menu. Finally restart your device and Windows will reinstall the driver automatically.
Tip 3. Open the Device Manager and then right click on the audio driver. Select the Update driver software… > Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer > High Definition Audio Device > Next and then follow the instruction to install the generic audio driver.
Tip 4. Check the speaker, headphone, power, volume control, USB cable and so on.
Tip 5. Open Start and then type and click on Sound. Click on the Playback tab and hit a device. Finally click on Set Default.
Tip 6. You can also turn off audio enhancements by the steps below. Head to Start and enter Sound on the box. Select Sound Control Panel option and right click on the Default Device and then select the Properties under the Playback. Select the Disable all enhancements on Enhancements tab.

Tip 1. Check if the printer is turned on and connected to your PC.
Tip 2. Open Start and enter Devices and Printers. Then select your printer > Remove device. Then your printer will be reinstalled.

- How to Fix Blue Screen Errors?
Sometimes a blue screen of the Windows with a message that your computer get into a trouble will appear suddenly. You may try the methods below to fix it.
Tip 1. If you see the blue screen while upgrading to Windows 10. Then it means your operating system will back to the previous version.
Tip 2. If the blue screen appear after the update is installed. The follows the steps bellow.
1) Type View installed updates in the search box and then select the View installed updates.
2) Expand the Window to see the install date. Then choose the update you want to uninstall and hit the Uninstall button.
Tip 3. If you see blue screen when you try to head to the desktop and the computer restarted automatically, the computer will repair the errors by itself. Then you can click on Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore button after you click on the Choose an option button. Then your computer will be back to an earlier point in time.
Note: The files and apps that you installed after the restore point was made will be removed.
Tip 4. If the blue screen appear when you use the computer, the hardware may malfunction. You can either check for the update or delete new hardware. So you can type Windows Update on the search box and then click on Windows Update > Check for updates if you want to check for the update.
