When you connect phone to PC via USB cable, drag down the list in the home screen of your device to select "MTP mode".

The method of enabling USB debugging is quite different according to the Android OS. So you can follow the below guide to enable it:

1. Go to "Settings" > "Security" > "About Phone" > "Android Version" to check the Android version you're using;

2. Find the specific solution in the guide of enabling USB debugging.

Connect Android to another port in PC with orginal USB cable.

- Don't use a 3rd-party sourced, non-original cable to instead the original USB cable. And if you have used the origianl USB cable and you're also sure the cable works well, then you can switch to another port in PC to finish the connection between Android device and PC.

Generally speaking, the USB driver of your Android device can be downloaded and installed automatically. However, for some unknown reasons, you may fail to finish the installation. 1. Download the latest Assistant for Android desktop version on PC, and the Apk version on your Android device respectively.
2. Choose "Connect via WiFi" in the main screen, then launch Android Assistant apk file on your device.
3. Make sure your PC and Android are under the same WiFi network, then scan the QR code on your PC. Then your device will be connected to PC successfully.
