3, Link the tablet to computer with a USB cable, then head to the "start"-> run -> type "cmd" and hit "enter" to open the command prompt.

4, Head to the folder which saved the fastboot tool and enter "fastboot devices" in cmd window. and you will see the device ID.

5, Input "fastboot oem unlock" on the same cmd window, and the process will begin.

6, When the tablet reboots and you are done.

Note: The process to relock the bootloader is similar to this one, but you should tape the "fastboot oem lock" instead of "fastboot oem unlock" in the last step.

Now, you can install the custom ROMs firmware on your Nexus 10 and also download other complex tools as you like. Because you can totally control the operating system of the Nexus 10.
