Step 1. Connect your Android device to the Mac

First, download and install the software on your Mac using the button above. Then open it and connect your Android device to the Mac computer with a USB cable or over Wi-Fi.

1. Connect via USB

• Connect your Android phone to your Mac using a USB cable.

• If your phone is Android 4.2 or newer, a prompt will appear asking you to authorize the computer. Click "OK" or "Allow."



• The software will then automatically install the Assistant for Android app on your phone.

2. Connect via Wi-Fi

• On the main interface, click the "Wi-Fi" icon.
• Download, install and open the Assistant for Android app on your phone.
• Use the "Scan" feature in the app to scan the QR code shown on the program.

Step 2. Set the security level

• When the tool successfully detects your Android device, it will show the phone on the screen. Click the "Continue" button on this page.



• On the next screen, find "Security Level" and select "Medium."
• A window will pop up where you can choose the security level. Pick the one that suits you and press "OK" to confirm.

Step 3. Erase & overwrite all Android data

• On the "Erase All Data" screen, type "delete" and click the "Erase" button at the bottom right.



• A window will pop up asking if you're sure you want to erase the device. Click "OK" to confirm.



• When another prompt appears asking you to set the program as the default SMS app, tap "Yes" on your Android device. Then click "OK" in the program to continue.



• The program will begin scanning your device. When the scanning process ends, it will start to erase your phone data.
• After the data is erased, the program will overwrite your phone's data. If you choose "Low Level" or "Medium Level," the software will overwrite the data once. For "High Level," it will overwrite the data three times.

Step 4. Factory reset your Android phone

Next, it's highly recommended to reset your phone to its factory settings. This will erase all system data and settings. After resetting, click "Continue" in the program.

Note: Before resetting, you will see a screen asking you to set a default SMS app. Simply tap "Yes" on your phone and then click "OK" in the program to proceed.

That's it! Your phone's data has been completely and permanently erased, and it cannot be recovered.
